Member Connect with Julie offers WICMA members the opportunity to book one-on-one conversations with Executive Director Julie Hochheiser Ilkovich. Bring questions, ideas, or topics you’d like to discuss, from industry trends and AI in marketing to WICMA opportunities, career questions, or anything else on your mind.

Julie will host dedicated blocks of time throughout the quarter, during which members can sign up for individual 30-minute sessions. Simply choose an available time slot and come ready to connect. These conversations are designed to provide direct access for thoughtful discussion, fresh perspective, and meaningful connection with WICMA leadership.

Julie Hochheiser Ilkovich is an award-winning content marketing expert and entrepreneur. She is co-founder and managing partner of Masthead a full-service content marketing agency. She is also a career expert and the host and executive producer of the WomenHeard podcast. Julie honed her expertise through her roles at Warner Bros. (editorial director of Alloy Entertainment, creators of Gossip Girl, Pretty Little Liars, and The Vampire Diaries), Hearst (site director for the Hearst Teen Network, which included seventeen.com), and AOL (editor and on-air personality at AOL RED, AOL’s teen channel). Julie’s passion for supporting and elevating women led her to become the co-founder and executive director of the Women in Content & Marketing Association (WICMAs).

Julie’s career advice has been featured in outlets including USA Today, Cosmopolitan, Woman's Day, Crain's New York, TheStreet.com, Good Day New York, Great Day Washington, and SiriusXM. She is a graduate of the Boston University College of Communication and a proud recipient of a New York Women in Communications WiCi Award, which celebrates the career achievements of women in communications.
