Bex Fellows, Senior Brand Executive at On The Tools, is a content marketer with a mission: using media to challenge perceptions and push for real change in the construction industry. Despite having fewer than five years in marketing, Bex has already made waves, crafting campaigns that spotlight diversity, accessibility, and inclusion in a traditionally male-dominated sector. Their work has driven industry-wide conversations, from the ‘Women On The Tools’ white paper, which directly influenced positive change, to the ‘Tradespeople Against Tool Theft’ campaign, which caught the attention of policymakers.

As a former WICMA finalist, Bex knows the power of recognition in elevating important work and underrepresented voices. Now, as a judge, they’re looking for bold, purpose-driven content that doesn’t just engage but makes a difference.
