Ask a Career Coach: Carol Rosenberg
Monday, November 2nd at 2 pm ET
Do you have a career question you’ve been thinking about? Maybe you’re wondering how to navigate your next move, position yourself for a promotion, make a career pivot, or simply figure out what comes next?
Ask a Career Coach is an exclusive WICMA Community event series that gives members direct access to experienced career coaches for practical advice, fresh perspectives, and answers to the questions that matter most in their careers.
Each session will kick off with a short conversation with our featured career coach, who will share insights and actionable advice. Then, we’ll open up the conversation for an extended Q&A, giving WICMA Community members plenty of time to ask their own questions and get immediate answers.
Whether you come with a specific question or simply want to learn from the conversation, this is your chance to get candid career guidance in a casual, supportive setting.
For this session, we’ll be joined by Carol Rosenberg, Career and Leadership Coach and founder of Catalyst Coaching. Carol works with professionals to help them gain clarity on what they want from their careers, navigate change, and turn that clarity into action. Her coaching spans everything from career pivots and professional growth to leadership development, confidence, and getting unstuck when you’re not quite sure what comes next.
Carol will kick off the session by sharing some of her perspective on navigating career change and making intentional career decisions before we turn things over to you. Bring your questions about your own career, whether you’re actively considering a change, thinking about your next step, navigating a challenge at work, or just looking for an outside perspective.
